Security

Every action checked.

Stravere runs your operations and your clients' data. Here's how we keep each MSP separate, keep Navigator inside your rules, and keep the platform locked down.

  1. 01

    Your own tenant

Each MSP gets its own hostname, and every request is routed to that MSP's tenant.

  2. 02

    A check on every action

Every screen and every API call checks the user's role before it shows or changes anything.

  3. 03

    Navigator in your lane

Navigator works through the same permission checks as the person asking.

  4. 04

Only the app faces the internet

The API and the AI runtime run on private networks, and traffic is encrypted in transit.

  5. 05

    Secrets in a vault

Credentials and keys are managed in a secrets vault, never in code.

  6. 06

    Clients see only their own

The customer portal shows each client its own tickets, on its own hostname.

Navigator

What Navigator can see and do.

What can Navigator see?
Only what the person asking is allowed to see. It works through the same permission checks as the screens.
Can Navigator change records?
No. Navigator answers questions and opens views. Changes stay with your team.
Where does Navigator run?
Inside the Stravere platform, behind the same API as the app.
